Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to meet company and industry standards.
- Assemble products efficiently and accurately according to blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
