Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and supervise temporary night staff to maintain high productivity levels.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Forklift certification is a plus but willing to train.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
