Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity protocols
- Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system configurations in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system deployments and upgrades
- Implement security patches and compliance measures across enterprise systems
- Train junior staff on best practices and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations background
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote monitoring tools
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in a climate-controlled server environment
