Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Deploy and configure new equipment including laptops, peripherals, and network devices
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Provide remote and on-site support with excellent customer service
- Collaborate with network administrators on system integrations
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
