Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our software platforms and resolve them efficiently.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting (1+ years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
