Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and conduct product training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively address potential churn risks.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting assistance via email and chat.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay critical user feedback.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
