Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries and support tickets during the overnight shift to ensure 24/7 service availability.
- Resolve technical and service-related issues efficiently using established troubleshooting protocols.
- Document all interactions and client feedback in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential service disruptions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable transportation is required.
