Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software or account problems efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
