Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure designed for future growth and 2026 scalability requirements.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models and Large Language Models into core product features, ensuring minimal latency and maximum accuracy.
- Design robust data pipelines and MLOps frameworks to automate model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Edge AI) and recommend strategic implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
