Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for AI agents and quantum computing interfaces.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with physicists to integrate quantum algorithms into practical software solutions.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to deliver high-impact products.
- Roadmap Definition: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026+ product ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize neural networks and data pipelines for speed and efficiency.
- Innovation: Explore emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and prototype novel solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum simulation libraries (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- System Design: Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
