Responsibilities

- Develop bias mitigation algorithms for generative AI models
- Establish real-time ethical monitoring systems for distributed AI networks
- Advocate for human-centric AI standards in regulatory dialogues
- Train neural-symbolic ethics models using federated learning
- Pioneer explainable AI interfaces for quantum computing outputs
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or AI/ML with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Published work on quantum ethics or neuro-symbolic systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and ethical auditing tools
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Background in policy development for autonomous systems
