Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design of low-latency neural pathways and firmware for next-gen BCI devices.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to enhance signal processing accuracy and bio-integration safety.
- Collaboration: Partner with neuroscientists to translate complex biological data into actionable software protocols.
- Standards Setting: Establish industry standards for data privacy and security within neural data transmission.
- Prototyping: Oversee the development of high-fidelity prototypes for clinical and consumer applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Neuroscience, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Brain-Computer Interfaces, Signal Processing, or Embedded Systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and FPGA programming; experience with TensorFlow for neural modeling.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems related to high-bandwidth data transmission.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to interdisciplinary teams.
