Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, and patient injections
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient records and maintain EHR systems
- Handle front desk duties including scheduling and billing
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Current MA certification or CMA credential
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
