Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical roadmap, aligning engineering strategies with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design for scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) into the core product stack.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across all global deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems that handle high traffic and data loads.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and modern data streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive technical decision-making.
