Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the high-level technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Conduct architectural reviews and code audits to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy standards are met for all architectural components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
