Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms focused on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI development, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, fairness, and robustness.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI field and integrate new methodologies into our development pipeline.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of deploying successful models.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Generative AI architectures is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
