Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the overall technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the design of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical debt assessments to ensure code quality and system stability.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate roadmap requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement robust security protocols and data governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Deep expertise in system design, distributed computing, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
