Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI strategy, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, including LLMs and computer vision systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product lines.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct research to identify emerging technologies that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Deep understanding of MLOps pipelines, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to production deployment.
