Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, preferably within the quantum computing or high-performance computing sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of quantum gates, qubit lifetimes, and decoherence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
