Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the R&D strategy for the 2026 Quantum AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry breakthroughs.
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize neural network performance.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to troubleshoot complex system integrations.
- Establish best practices for quantum software development, testing, and deployment.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum hardware to ensure our software remains compatible and efficient.
- Oversee the security and privacy protocols for sensitive AI data processing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information or Machine Learning.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
