Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and disruption analyses for enterprise clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Design and implement proprietary foresight methodologies including Delphi panels and expert elicitation processes
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining thought leadership in emerging technology forecasting
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder engagement experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF, CFIP) or equivalent advanced training
