Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and social trends to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical and regulatory shifts through 2026
- Partner with R&D to validate future-viability of emerging technologies
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build an internal foresight ecosystem including trend-monitoring tools
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: AI, biotech, quantum, or climate tech
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio published foresight work or scenario projects
