- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-of-work and societal evolution
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation catalysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Technology, or Business
