Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and validate emerging market opportunities worth $500M+
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough initiatives
- Represent company at global innovation summits and policy forums
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for investors and partners
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in translating tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI, quantum, neurotech, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
