Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology integration across sectors
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and bioengineering to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future market landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for global sustainability and human augmentation initiatives
- Publish thought leadership pieces in Future Studies journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
