Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design, build, and maintain the scalable infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of code excellence and continuous improvement.
- Algorithm Development: Lead the research and implementation of proprietary machine learning algorithms to optimize system performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Reviews & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and best practices across the engineering department.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in low-latency system design.
- Frameworks: Proficiency in modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Kubernetes.
