Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end architectural design and deployment of our 2026 enterprise cloud migration strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and engineering teams to align infrastructure with business objectives.
- Establish best practices for cloud governance, security posture, and cost-optimization across multi-cloud environments.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of DevOps and Cloud Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., serverless, edge computing) to future-proof our tech stack.
- Ensure 99.999% uptime and rapid disaster recovery capabilities for mission-critical applications.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for executive leadership regarding 2026 infrastructure milestones.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud computing, software engineering, or systems architecture.
- Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migrations from on-premise to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing technical teams.
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
