Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets and incoming support requests in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Assist in the setup of conference rooms and office equipment for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
