Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and guide technical decision-making to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies, including quantum algorithms and edge computing solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols and data privacy standards to protect sensitive user data.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and lead initiatives to reduce latency and improve resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, database management, and API design.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
