Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, prioritizing AI-driven automation and next-gen infrastructure.
- Innovation Management: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to determine their applicability to our product suite.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with external vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, IT architecture, or product management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and microservices.
