Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and document the high-level system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, advanced neural interfaces) into the core platform.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- System Reliability: Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems to ensure 99.99% uptime for critical services.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, prioritizing features that drive long-term value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of full-stack software engineering with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
