Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Lead the architecture and design of high-scale distributed systems using AI and Quantum-ready protocols.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance metrics are met.
- Research emerging technologies to stay ahead of the 2026 market curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Deep knowledge of Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with predictive modeling and large language model (LLM) deployment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is highly preferred.
