Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Design robust, distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput and low-latency requirements.
- Lead the migration and optimization of legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product Management, and Security to define technical specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and establish best practices for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Edge AI) and integrating them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
