Responsibilities
- Design & Deployment: Architect, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks in production environments.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning to push the boundaries of AI capabilities.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference pipelines for latency and cost efficiency, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML architecture and ethics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Specialization: Proven experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Infrastructure: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
