Your Role
The Lead Architect for Project 2026 will be responsible for the end-to-end technical vision, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture capable of handling real-time data streams.
- Define and enforce rigorous coding standards, review code quality, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput for mission-critical applications.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems with the new Project 2026 framework.
- Conduct architectural risk assessments and drive technical debt reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering and architecture experience.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, distributed systems development.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and AI integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
