- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive optimization strategies to ensure zero downtime.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for future scalability and technological shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
