Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting 2026 scalability benchmarks.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives in generative AI, predictive modeling, and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and guiding the career growth of data scientists.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to define technical roadmaps and drive product innovation from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
