Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale distributed systems and high-traffic applications.
- Lead the research, development, and deployment of proprietary machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core products.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model training, validation, testing, and MLOps pipelines.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and data scientists on complex algorithmic challenges.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including LLMs, generative AI, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and deploying production-level machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
