Job Description
We are on the precipice of a technological revolution. At Nexus Horizon, we aren't just building software; we are architecting the cognitive infrastructure of tomorrow. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI & Quantum Systems Architect to spearhead our next-generation computing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between classical machine learning and emerging quantum computing paradigms to solve problems deemed impossible for traditional silicon-based hardware. If you are passionate about the future of intelligence and possess the technical prowess to lead a world-class team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement hybrid classical-quantum algorithms designed to solve complex optimization problems and enhance neural network performance.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists, quantum engineers, and AI researchers in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing capabilities into our core product suite.
- Ensure the ethical development and deployment of autonomous AI systems, adhering to rigorous safety and bias standards.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging quantum hardware architectures and quantum software stacks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and legal teams, to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Computational Theory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of leadership roles or significant technical contributions to major projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and stochastic processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cloud-based quantum processors (e.g., IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
