Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic design and implementation of a distributed, high-performance infrastructure capable of supporting advanced generative AI workloads.
- Cloud & DevOps Leadership: Oversee the deployment of microservices on Kubernetes, optimizing for cost-efficiency and high availability across multi-cloud environments.
- Model Optimization: Collaborate with data science teams to engineer pipelines that maximize inference speed and reduce latency for large language models.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and governance frameworks to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance in a decentralized ecosystem.
- System Reliability: Drive initiatives to improve system observability and resilience, minimizing downtime during critical global deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make architectural decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, capable of translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
