Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven 5-year strategic planning track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing)
- Experience scaling innovation teams from prototype to market leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies with $50M+ revenue impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
