In this role, you will work with a world-class team to develop, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems. You will be at the forefront of research, turning theoretical breakthroughs into practical applications that impact millions.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI models, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and safety.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures to solve complex unsupervised learning problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate research into scalable products.
- Author and publish high-impact research papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for real-world deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience in research, software engineering, or applied machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences or patents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
