Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
