- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Drive ethical framework implementation for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Manage $12M R&D portfolio focused on climate-positive tech adoption
- Mentor 'Future Architects' fellowship program for emerging tech talent
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on quantum-AI convergence (2019-2023)
- Successful scaling of tech initiatives across >500-person organizations
- Active Top Secret clearance or equivalent government security clearance
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized 2026-integrated solutions
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
