Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 AI product suite, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersâincluding product managers and C-suite executivesâto translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Oversee the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and MLOps monitoring.
- Establish best practices for model governance, ethics, and security to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker).
- Proven track record of designing and launching production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
