Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Research & Development: Lead the research into emerging AI paradigms, including LLM optimization and neural architecture search.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy across distributed environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role focusing on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Project 2026 Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building systems that handle high-volume, real-time data streams and complex decision-making logic.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
