Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Product Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and the technological landscape of 2026.
- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core product lines to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering and research teams to evaluate emerging technologies and prototype solutions that define the future of our industry.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for bold, forward-thinking initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering, with at least 3 years leading AI or Future Tech initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast market trends and develop strategies that position a company as an industry leader.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and cloud infrastructure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
