Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of complex AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for 2026 standards.
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) and integrating them into our core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Excellence: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in software engineering and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable business value.
- R&D: Explore and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to stay ahead of the curve in the competitive AI landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to delivery.
