Responsibilities
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AI ethics frameworks) with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological insights into product opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology audits to identify strategic advantages
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Author quarterly technology trend reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology MBA
- Experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
