Responsibilities

- <li>Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.</li>
- <li>Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.</li>

Qualifications
- <ul>
- <li>Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience).</li>
- <li>Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to production in a fast-paced environment.</li>
- <li>Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.</li>
- <li>Strong understanding of Cloud Native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).</li>
- <li>Experience with quantum computing libraries and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.</li>
- <li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
